ABOUT US
Music has been the driving force behind Dr. Gregory Williams' life since childhood. Beginning as a vocalist and trumpet player at a young age, he went on to found and lead the legendary Motown recording group Switch, helping earn multiple Platinum and Gold records while serving as the group's producer, songwriter, arranger, musician, and vocalist.
Following his success with Switch, Gregory expanded his career into artist development, A&R, music production, publishing, and entertainment media. He has worked with major labels including Motown, RCA, Jive, Sugar Hill, and Arista, while also serving as Vice President of A&R and later as West Coast Coordinator and Editor for Sisters in Style Magazine.
Today, as President & CEO of Switch Entertainment and a leader at Energize Records, Gregory continues to mentor artists, develop talent, and share decades of industry knowledge. His lifelong mission is to help the next generation of entertainers build successful, lasting careers while preserving the legacy of great music.
